OTR Logistics Solutions (“OTR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an Ontario, Canada corporation that operates the Exact-A-Track website and brand.

2. Information handled through this website

Information you enter into inquiry forms

The fleet and contact forms transmit the information you submit to us by email so our team can respond. The forms may ask for your name, company, business email, phone number, fleet and trailer details, region, expected quantity, and a message.

Information you send directly

If you contact us by email or another channel outside this website, we receive the information you choose to provide and may use it to answer your question, prepare a quote, support a business relationship, or maintain appropriate business records.

Technical information

Our hosting provider may automatically process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs.

Purchases

Product links take you to Shopify to review options and complete a purchase. Shopify and the applicable store checkout collect and process order, payment, shipping, and transaction information under their own privacy terms. We do not receive or store full payment-card details through this website.

We do not sell personal information collected through this website.

4. Service providers and external sites

We use service providers only for functions needed to operate the website and related commerce:

• Replit (website hosting): hosts and delivers the website and may process technical request, diagnostic, and security data. Review the Replit Privacy Policy.
• Resend (inquiry email delivery): processes inquiry-form submissions to deliver them to our team. Review the Resend Privacy Policy.
• Shopify (storefront, checkout, and payments): processes information when you follow a product link or complete a purchase. Review the Shopify Privacy Policy.

External sites operate independently. Their privacy practices, cookies, security, and content are governed by their own policies.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website does not add advertising pixels or custom tracking cookies. When enabled in publishing settings, Replit’s privacy-focused analytics records page visits and non-identifying events such as inquiry type selection and whether a submission succeeds or fails. These events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, or message contents. Replit may also use essential technologies and technical logs to host, secure, and operate the site. Shopify may use cookies and similar technologies after you visit its store or checkout. Inquiry-form submissions are delivered and retained as email only as long as reasonably needed to respond, support a business relationship, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

We and our providers use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Subject to applicable Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act where applicable, you may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, or ask questions about our practices.
