All Exact-A-Track purchases are final.
All Exact-A-Track purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds or store credit for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect option selection, or compatibility issues.
Before ordering, please confirm:
- The required 24-inch or 48-inch option
- That the trailer has standard E-track installed vertically
- The intended load bar or logistics strap
- The product’s suitability for the intended application
If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact info@exactatrack.com promptly with the order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs. Exact-A-Track will review the issue and provide any remedy required under applicable law.
This final-sale policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
